Egg white and black bean wrap- easy and awesome 220:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- black beans, mashed
- salsa
- small amount of cheese
cook egg whites and warm up beans and tortilla. layer it all on the tortilla and roll up! yummy!
